The Waukegan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta would like to extend an invitation to attend our 28th Red, Black, and Green Extravaganza!  This year’s event will be an exciting and entertaining Variety Show with the theme "Spotlighting our Culture".  There will be vendors, food and much more.
